Beautiful Victorian flat located in Leytonstone, just a short walk to tube stations and 20 mins to central London. Recently refurbished with 2 double bedrooms, modern kitchen and luxury bathroom.
The Space:
My home is situated in Leyton, East London. The property has recently been refurbished and now features a modern kitchen and luxury bathroom. Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds, and fresh linen and towels will be provided for your stay.

Leyton Underground Station is a 10 minute walk away, or alternatively Leytonstone is only 8 minutes away. From the station it is only 12 minutes train ride into Liverpool St, (21 minutes to Oxford Circus, Central London). There is also Leyton Midland overland rail, which is a 15 minute walk from the house.

Just one stop (or a 25 minute walk) is the brand new Westfield Stratford City, which has lots of shops, restaurants, and entertainment; bowling, cinema, casino. This is the gateway to the New Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park which opened last summer.

The house is extremely close to the City and would therefore suit business travellers, students or tourists enjoying the highlights of London. The East End is the ‘coolest’ part of London where you can find my favourite haunts such as Spitalfields, Columbia Road Flower Market, Brick Lane and Shoreditch. Locally there are lots of fantastic restaurants and gastro pubs. For everyday amenities, there are two huge supermarkets and also numerous smaller shops.

If you want to escape the city, in the opposite direction, Epping Forest is an incredible place to enjoy running/cycling.

There is free wifi.

The Neighborhood:
There is a nice community feeling in this part of Leyton with great cafes, wine bars and restaurants.

Being just one stop on the Central line to Westfield, the biggest shopping centre in east London, means you have no excuses not to hit the shops!

Leytonstone Leisure Centre on Cathall Road, 10 mins walk from the apartment, has a gym, swimming pool, sauna and studios. Great for a pre/post sightseeing work out.
