• For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests
there is no smoking or pets allowed inside the house.
• We reserve the right to retain the security deposit in total or
partially in case of non observance of the house rules or damages.
POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and
might not function with wheather near freezing temperatures.
