Other things to note
HOUSEKEEPING: Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be
requested for an additional fee. Before check-in, the unit will be
thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. There is no
daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the
unit: 4 extra toilet papes rolls, 8 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent,
1 dishwashing capsule, 1 sponge, 1 bag of clothes detergent, 1 paper
towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap & one toilet roll. No
other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket
to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your
stay.
POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and
might not function with wheather near freezing temperatures.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the
refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed
after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments,
coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
TRASH PICKUP: Regular Garbage Collection every day but Wednesday and
Sunday. Place it daily on the bench in the entrance of the home.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send
someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.
Frozen a/c (this could happen if thermostat temperature is placed below
73 degrees) $200.00
