lovely Golf community of Southern Dunes.
Southern Dunes Golf Course offers so much for your vacation! This
gated community with 24 hours security is based on Hwy 27 and is ideal
for Disney World, Legoland and all the other entertainment areas that
Orlando has to offer and of course is perfect for golf!
The course is well-known for the distinctive look and magnificent
design by Steve Smyers with over 100 bunkers, undulating greens and
tall grasses which will challenge any golfer.
There are two large supermarkets at the entrance of the community and
has some excellent restaurants and take outs including an award winning
Chinese takeout which we can personally attest to being the best we
have ever tasted in the area and Manny’s restaurant is only ½ mile away
which is so popular people from far and wide start standing in line
before opening to make sure they get a table!
This villa is furnished beautifully and can accommodate up to 12 guests
comfortably. Until now this home has been used exclusively by the
family so it has many features not associated with vacation homes
including kitchen equipment, DVD movies, x box games, toys , games for
the children and high end children equipment.
Downstairs you have a spacious living room with a 50” high definition
TV and a DVD player.There are three large leather sofas giving the
family plenty of space to sit down and watch an unlimited choice of
movies on the Netfix Package that the owners have provided for your
enjoyment.
The Formal Dining Room is furnished with a lovely dining table.
There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen if you like to stay home
after a fun day at the parks to make a lovely dinner for your family or
friends.
There is also a bonus room / games room fully furnished with a sofa
bed, single recliner and a 42” high definition TV , a Xbox 360 with
games and plenty of things to keep the children occupied.
The King Master Bedroom and en-suite is situated downstairs with a 32”
HDTV. There is also a day bed with trundle bed underneath offering
additional sleeping space for 2.
Upstairs you have 3 spacious bedrooms including a King, a Queen and
Full.
This home has everything you can ask for with TV’s in every room, Free
Wi-Fi and Free long distance and International calls oh and don’t
forget the 2 extra bathrooms.
This home is perfect for a vacation to the Sunshine State. Whether you
are relaxing and catching the Florida sunshine by your private pool and
spa overlooking the second tee, playing golf or visiting one of the
