Environment/surroundings :
This large, restored farmhouse lies on an estate in the Terni province, in southern Umbria. This is one of largest estates in Umbria; consisting of almost 3,000 acres of woodlands, vineyards, olive groves, fields and pastures.

The authentic farmhouse consists of three apartments: two are situated in the main building and one in the annex. Around the home you will have plenty of space to sit outside, and near the private swimming pool is also a great place to stay. Here you can enjoy the sun on one of the sun beds, and take a refreshing dip in the pool every now and then.

The estate borders on the Lago di Corbara reservoir and the Orvieto Classico wine region. Visit the town of Todi with its beautiful Piazza del Popolo or the city of Orivieto, where you can find one of the most beautiful Gothic cathedrals of Italy. Perugia and Assisi are easy to get to as well. And at 130 kilometres, you'll find the city that needs no introduction at all: Rome!
