On the first floor of the main house you will find the laundry room, a guest powder room, formal dining area, open plan kitchen fully fitted and equipped complete with center island and casual nook dining area. The spacious family room has a large flat screen TV, ample comfortable sectional and access onto the rear patio revealing breathtaking views of the golf course. The outside area has seating perfect for those lazy summer evenings with a glass of wine or simply admiring the skills of the passing golfers.
Upstairs to the rear of the home is the king-size master suite with TV and ensuite bathroom having twin vanities, oval tub and walk in shower, the private balcony offers a place for relaxation and fantastic golf views.
