The Sand Wedge Villa is a five bedroom, four bathroom Orlando vacation villa that’s in close proximity to popular Orlando attractions.

This property is aptly named as it’s located in Championsgate Resort. This resort is home to two championship golf courses by Greg Norman. In fact, the courses have been voted as Orlando’s Best Golf Course!

So if you have a golfer in your group, they’ll love this property just because of the golfing perks.

Now, that’s not to say that the property itself isn’t as impressive because it most certainly is.

The Sand Wedge Villa is perfect for your next vacation. The first floor has an inviting open-concept layout which makes it a great space for you and your guests to spread out and still enjoy each other’s company.

The kitchen is outfitted with high-end, stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops and a four-person breakfast bar. Right off of the kitchen is the dining room. It’s here that you’ll find your stunning eight-person dining table that perfectly complements the soft tones on the walls and that natural light that pours in from your private backyard.

The main living room is posh and comfortable. Two modern armchairs perfectly contrast the causal, coziness of the two beige sofas. The living room also has a large flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure.

If you and your guests can’t agree on a show to watch, you can retreat to the upstairs media room that has an additional flat-screen TV, large sectional couch and it even has a foosball table!
