Dolphin Villa is located only a few blocks from famed Fort Lauderdale Beach in the Eastern-Central Fort Lauderdale residential subdivision of Dolphin Isles. You are less than a mile from the nightlife and beach front dining of Fort Lauderdale beach. Another great feature of the home’s central location is it's proximity to the Pelican Grand Hotel which is only a short walk away. The Pelican Grand is directly on the sand of Fort Lauderdale Beach and can provide beautiful accommodations to additional guests who don't fit in the home if your party is larger than 10. The hotel has a great bar scene, dining options, and fantastic brunch.
The interior of the home comes fully appointed with an updated and stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, a dining area, formal sitting area, casual living room overlooking the pool and waterfront, as well as 3 fully furnished bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Kitchen- Well stocked with cookware and tools necessary to prepare food, plates and silverware for maximum occupancy, a blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, spices, glassware, plastic ware, and dishwasher.

Bedrooms- The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom and doors that open to the pool/ patio area. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin trundle bed with another twin bed that pulls out for a total of two twin beds. The living room also has a pull out sleeper sofa.

Bathrooms- The master bathroom is an ensuite bathroom that has a full standing glass enclosed shower. The second full bathroom has a bathtub/ shower combo. The third half bath is located off the bedroom with the trundle bed.

Exterior- Enjoy waterfront living on a large canal that provides expansive water views from the living areas, patio and private pool, or dock. Enjoy fishing off the dock, beautiful sunsets, or dinner on your private patio as you watch the Mega Yachts cruise along. The exterior of the home is custom landscaped and the back yard is an absolute paradise. The private back patio area comes complete with a dining table with 6 chairs as well as 4 lounge chairs where you can relax by the pool and get a tan. The pool is immaculately maintained for your enjoyment year round.

Other Amenities- There is a 2 car garage and driveway that can accommodate a total of 4 cars comfortably. You have a washer and dryer at your disposal in the garage area and the windows and doors are impact providing you with more safety and security if you decide to stay with is during hurricane season. Cable and Wifi included. Gas BBQ grill and propane provided.
