Flying Fish Villa is a stunning newly updated 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home centrally located in Oakland Park in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. The home is within three miles to the famed Fort Lauderdale Beach and close to the best of Fort Lauderdale. The home can accommodate up to 14 people and is designed specifically for large groups traveling together with a common area in the center of the home, a large exterior, and five bedrooms for complete privacy.

Kitchen- Well stocked with cookware and tools necessary to prepare a meal, plates and silverware for maximum occupancy, a blender, coffee maker, Keurig, pots and pans, spices, glassware, plastic ware, a Magic Bullet, crock pot, electric griddle, electric frying pan, toaster oven, bluetooth speakers, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances.

Bedrooms- All beds are memory foam for your comfort. Bedrooms all have a flat screen television with cable provided. The master bedroom has a King mattress and french doors that open up leading directly to the pool/ patio area. The additional guest bedrooms have queen mattresses. There is one sleep sofa in the living room and two roll away memory foam twin beds to accommodate additional guests.

Bathrooms- Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. The other four rooms share the two additional bathrooms, both of which are updated with glass enclosed showers and granite countertops. One bathroom provides a bathtub/ shower combo, convenient for groups traveling with children or for those who desire a bubble bath.

Exterior- The newly renovated waterfront property has a heated pool and hot tub, built in grill with necessary tools for grilling, mini fridge, flat screen TV, screen enclosed lounge, dining table that seats 6, a bali bed, and a platform with 2 Adirondack chairs overlooking the water. The shed also contains two kayaks, fishing pole and tackle box (in as is condition), bicycles, pool toys, umbrellas, coolers, life jackets, beach chairs, a stroller, and a high chair. Gas BBQ grill and propane provided.

Other Amenities- Home has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Cable, Nintendo Wii, and WIFI included.
