Bedrooms- The spacious bedrooms all have newer mattresses, linens, and new tile and wood floors. In the master bedroom you will find a king bed. The first guest bedroom also provides a king bed. Bedroom 3 provides a queen bed. All bedrooms have flat panel televisions, closets, end tables, lamps and modern art.

Bathrooms- The updated master bathroom provides a tub/shower combo for your use. The common area bathroom has a standing shower and vanity.

THIS AGREEMENT, governed by the laws of the State of Florida, is executed as of the time and date of the electronic signature by the undersigned Guest (hereinafter referred to as “Guest”) evidencing Guest’s acceptance of the terms hereunder and accepted by the Owner and Rental Agent (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) of the subject Property which is more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto all pursuant to the Electronic Signature Statutes referenced herein. It is agreed and understood that this is Agreement is part of an automated transaction as same is defined under the Electronic Signature Statutes. The Rental Agent is Cornerstone Property Group Inc,. a Florida corporation d/b/a Walker Vacation Rentals (hereinafter referred to as “Rental Agent”). Whenever the defined term Owner is used herein, said term shall also include the Rental Agent. Whenever the defined term Rental Agent is used herein, it shall refer to the Rental Agent only.
