Bedrooms- On the ground floor is a bedroom with a Queen bed and armoire. On the second floor you will find 4 additional bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two upstairs bedrooms outfitted with 1 set of bunk beds and 2 twin beds share a bathroom; while the master suite with a King bed and an additional guest bedroom with a full bed have an en-suite bath. The master bedroom is spectacular, private and spacious. It has a balcony with chairs and table overlooking the pool and patio from the second floor . Televisions are located in the master suite and guest bedrooms.

Bathrooms- Two upstairs bedrooms outfitted with 1 set of bunk beds and 2 twin beds share a bathroom; while the master suite with the King bed and an additional guest bedroom with a full bed have an en-suite bath. The master bathroom is equipped with a spa quality soaking tub, large dual vanity sinks, a makeup vanity, and a spacious walk in shower.

Exterior- The outside of this home is exquisite. Enjoy outdoor dining and sitting areas surrounding the pool in a private lush landscape. The pool is *HEATED and has a built in Jacuzzi and LED lights for your daytime or nightime pleasure. Gas BBQ grill and propane provided.

Other Amenities- Home has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Cable and WIFI included. The home is equipped with everything from bicycles to beach toys.

**THE POOL AND JACUZZI ARE ON A CONNECTED SYSTEM AND THE JACUZZI CAN'T BE ISOLATED FROM THE POOL FOR HEATING. TO HEAT THE JACUZZI TO 102 DEGREES THE POOL MUST ALSO BE HEATED TO THAT TEMPERATURE.
