Pelican Landing Villa is a modern waterfront home located on a canal in the Landings, Fort Lauderdale. The home has a sleek minimalist feel and all the amenities you could want. The home is close to the beach, Lauderdale by the Sea, and fantastic dining. There is a large common and dining area, a formal sitting room with an additional television and doors leading to the outside. The outdoor expansive patio has a private heated pool, a private dock, and a sitting area with a gas grill and views overlooking the water.

Kitchen- Well stocked with cookware and tools necessary to prepare food, plates and silverware for maximum occupancy, a blender, coffee maker, Keurig, pots and pans, spices, glassware, plastic ware, a magic bullet, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances.

Bedrooms- The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and french doors that open to the private pool and patio. Two of the guest bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom. One has a Queen mattress, one has two twin mattresses. The fourth bedroom has a Queen mattress and a door leading to the private pool and patio area. Each bedroom has a flat screen television with cable provided. There are two additional twin sized memory foam rollaways provided as well.

Bathrooms- The home has a master ensuite bathroom with a stand up glass enclosed shower. A shared jack and jill bathroom with dual vanity sinks and bathtub/ shower combo.. The third bathroom has a door leading to the outside for your convenience, and a glass enclosed bathtub/ shower combo.

Exterior- The spacious private patio has a heated pool and large sitting area overlooking the water. The dining table seats 6 and there is plenty of lounge furniture to accommodate large groups. The dock (boat has since been removed) is perfect for watching the sunrise over the water, catching fresh fish for dinner, and watching the manatees swim by. Gas BBQ grill and propane provided.

Other Amenities- Home has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Cable, Nintendo Wii, and WIFI included.

THIS AGREEMENT, governed by the laws of the State of Florida, is executed as of the time and date of the electronic signature by the undersigned Guest (hereinafter referred to as “Guest”) evidencing Guest’s acceptance of the terms hereunder and accepted by the Owner and Rental Agent (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) of the subject Property which is more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto all pursuant to the Electronic Signature Statutes referenced herein. It is agreed and understood that this is Agreement is part of an automated transaction as same is defined under the Electronic Signature Statutes. The Rental Agent is Cornerstone Property Group Inc,. a Florida corporation d/b/a Walker Vacation Rentals (hereinafter referred to as “Rental Agent”). Whenever the defined term Owner is used herein, said term shall also include the Rental Agent. Whenever the defined term Rental Agent is used herein, it shall refer to the Rental Agent only.
