Ray of Sunshine Villa is a charming 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located only a few minutes from the famed Las Olas Blvd, downtown Fort Lauderdale, and Fort Lauderdale beach. Surrounded by old Florida charm in Shady Banks; the home is a short distance from the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport and located less than a mile east of I-95 and is only a 30 minute drive to Miami. If you are looking to explore South Florida, this location cannot be beat.

Kitchen- Well stocked with cookware and tools necessary to prepare a meal, plates and silverware for maximum occupancy, tea kettle, coffee maker, blender, electric griddle, deep fryer, mixer, waffle maker, electric can opener, juicer, toaster, 2 crock pots, pots and pans, spices, glassware, and dishwasher. The dining area and additional table in the Florida room are wonderful spaces to enjoy a meal.

Bedrooms- Two of the four bedrooms have a flat screen television with cable provided. The Florida room and living room also have a pull out sofa to accommodate additional guests (Please note that there is no Air Conditioning in the Florida room, only a ceiling fan)

Bathrooms- One bathroom has a bathtub/ shower combo, convenient for groups traveling with small children and those who desire a bubble bath and is shared by the three main bedrooms. The second bathroom is also the laundry room and located off the room with bunkbeds.

Exterior-The lush exterior provides lounge seating and a private patio. Outdoor dining table seats 4 with an additional table and two lounge seats. Seating on the side of the home, a spacious lawn, and outdoor shower make it easy to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Gas BBQ grill and propane provided.

Other Amenities- Home has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Cable and WIFI included. Please note that fireplace in photos is to remain unoperational during stays

THIS AGREEMENT, governed by the laws of the State of Florida, is executed as of the time and date of the electronic signature by the undersigned Guest (hereinafter referred to as “Guest”) evidencing Guest’s acceptance of the terms hereunder and accepted by the Owner and Rental Agent (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) of the subject Property which is more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto all pursuant to the Electronic Signature Statutes referenced herein. It is agreed and understood that this is Agreement is part of an automated transaction as same is defined under the Electronic Signature Statutes. The Rental Agent is Cornerstone Property Group Inc,. a Florida corporation d/b/a Walker Vacation Rentals (hereinafter referred to as “Rental Agent”). Whenever the defined term Owner is used herein, said term shall also include the Rental Agent. Whenever the defined term Rental Agent is used herein, it shall refer to the Rental Agent only. This Agreement is only for transient short-term rental of the rental premises listed in the Reservation as defined below.
