Kitchen- The kitchen is part of a large open floor plan and overlooks the common family and dining room. The kitchen is stocked with the cookware and tools necessary to prepare food, plates and silverware for maximum occupancy.

Bedrooms- This home has a private master bedroom on the first floor, with a private exit to the patio/pool area, an ensuite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second and third bedroom are located on the second floor and each have their own private terrace with magnificent views of the backyard. The fourth room is an enclosed den with a Queen sleep sofa. Please note that the den is the only room with television and basic cable.

Bathrooms- The home has four bathrooms, two of which are ensuite. The master bedroom located on the first floor, has a magnificent bathroom complete with a seated makeup vanity and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also has its own bathroom. And the third bedroom shares its bathroom with the entertainment area on the second floor.

Exterior- The swimming pool is a perfect oasis and surrounded by enchanting waterways. A wrap around deck offers plenty of space to relax and has a table for dining that becomes two benches. It is the perfect spot to catch up on a good book, bask in the mid day sunshine, or cool off with a good swim.

THIS AGREEMENT, governed by the laws of the State of Florida, is executed as of the time and date of the electronic signature by the undersigned Guest (hereinafter referred to as “Guest”) evidencing Guest’s acceptance of the terms hereunder and accepted by the Owner and Rental Agent (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) of the subject Property which is more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto all pursuant to the Electronic Signature Statutes referenced herein. It is agreed and understood that this is Agreement is part of an automated transaction as same is defined under the Electronic Signature Statutes. The Rental Agent is Cornerstone Property Group Inc,. a Florida corporation d/b/a Walker Vacation Rentals (hereinafter referred to as “Rental Agent”). Whenever the defined term Owner is used herein, said term shall also include the Rental Agent. Whenever the defined term Rental Agent is used herein, it shall refer to the Rental Agent only.
