Brand new two bedroom, one bathroom apartment a stone's throw from the Croisette, between the Martinez and the Carlton Hotel.

Renovated late 2014, this bright and spacious apartment is on the 1st floor of a well maintained and secure building just off the Croisette.

A 14 minute walk to the Palais des Festival and just meters from the Croisette and the main shopping street Rue d'Antibes and most importantly accross the street from our office. The position is ideal for attending a congress in Cannes or just having a relaxing holiday.

The apartment has been furnished to a high and very tasteful standard, with lovely bright colors making it very light and comfortable.

You enter the apartment through a little corridor, the kitchen is immediately to your left, very well equipped to cook anything from a proper meal to a simple breakfast. There is a kettle, toaster, hob, fridge and freezer, and a brand new Nespresso machine! There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.

Ahead of you is the living area, with a dining table for 4, two comfortable sofas for two people each, a flat screen tv and a coffee table. Off the living area is the little balcony, you can sit outside to enjoy breakfast in the sun, and the street below is one way and suprisingly quiet.

Off the living area are the two bedrooms, both of which has twin beds which can also be zipped together as a double bed on demand. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage and light.

The shower room contains a shower cubicle and washbasin. The WC is separate.

The apartment is equipped with broadband wifi and French cable television, including some English news channels.

There is a powerful air conditioning unit in the livingroom, which can cool down the rooms as well when the doors to the rooms are open.
