- Groups of young people under 25 years, after consultation. In this case an extra deposit will be charged. - Upon arrival at the villa, you will receive a detailed information pack.

The second car can be left on the central parking area of the park. This is not necessarily by the house.
Pets are allowed with costs. Per pet per week 30, per weekend / midweek 18. If you stay less than a week or on weekends, an amount of 7 per pet per day is calculated.

In high season, only one dog is allowed.
In the off-season, two dogs are welcome.

When client will leave on Saturday the extra costs or the final cleaning is 30 euro.
