Remarks :
WIFI access in all accommodations (paid service, payment by credit card with the operator);
Free WIFI basic access in the reception area?(message consultation, internet navigation);
Residence parking (with remote access) 8 /day from 2/4 to 2/7 and from 3/9 to 02/11 ; 10 /day from 2/7 to 3/9;
Linen rental: bed and towels single bed - 14 euro/kit (2 sheets, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel); bed and towels double bed - 18 euro/kit (2 sheets, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels);
Pillows and blankets are available;
Rental of baby materials (baby bed, high chair, barrier): 1,50 euro/object/day;
Launderette (washing machine and dryer): 6 euro/wash; 3 euro/dry;
Final cleaning: 60 euro/studio;
Each accommodation must be left perfectly clean (the dust bin emptied, dishes washed and put in their place, blankets folded, furniture put in place, floor cleaned up and mopped up), otherwise an amount of 60 euros/studio will be charged to the client for the final cleaning.
Cleaning package is included in the price.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee of 3 euro/day (1 pet/location), proof of vaccination is mandatory. Pets must be kept on a leash and shall not be left alone in the accommodation; their access is denied at the pool. Pets that are considered to be dangerous (especially dogs of category 1 and 2) will not be allowed.
Access to the pool is prohibited while wearing shorts.
Electric barbecue: free per day / for a fee per week: 15 euro. Charcoal barbecue is strictly forbidden.
The comfort package (95 euros/stay) includes: bed linen, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, final cleaning except the kitchen corner. Bed linen and towel change is payable.

Please note that in HIGH SEASON arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturday (stays of minimum 7 days are only accepted)!
Capacity: The number of persons allowed per type of accommodation is the maximum number indicated (babies included).
