*Multilingual staff at the reception
*WIFI access in all accommodations (paid service, payment by credit card with the operator);

*Parking: one parking place/accommodation, with digicode access at the entrance of the residence;
*Linen rental: bed and towels single bed - 14 euro/kit (2 sheets, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel); bed and towels double bed - 18 euro/kit (2 sheets, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels);
*Pillows and blankets - available;
*Baby equipment rental (baby bed, highchair, barrier): 1,50 euro/object/day;

*The comfort package (95 euros/stay) includes: bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, final cleaning except the kitchen corner. Bed linen and towel change is payable.
*Capacity: The number of persons allowed per type of accommodation is the maximum number indicated (babies included).
