Remarks :

Additional services (linen, towels, TV rental, cleaning and / or final cleaning) are to be paid locally.
You can reserve a free baby set (crib and highchair), if available.
A deposit of 260 must be paid on the spot and will be returned within 15 days from departure, minus any reparations for damage or additional cleaning costs.
Pets are allowed for an extra cost of 25 / pet / week.
If you have certain preferences as to location, interior, etc., please indicate them when booking. The surcharge for a preference is 60 euro. If preferences are indicated without accompanying payment, there is no guarantee that your wishes will be honored. You are requested to tidy up your accommodation prior to departure, placing the furniture in its original position. If your accommodation has been found untidy after departure, the cleaning costs will be withheld from your deposit. You are prohibited from flushing down the toilet or throwing into the sink any object or substances that could clog up the drainage of the toilet, kitchen or bathroom. Any expenses made for the repair of the drainage in the case of obstruction by such objects or substances will be charged to the tenant. All garden furniture is to be placed indoors during the time of your absence. Loss of a door key incurs the charge of 15-50 euro. You are requested to respect the house rules. If you have a complaint about your accommodation, please report it immediately to the reception. If your complaint is not dealt with on the spot, you are requested to inform Tour Operator in writing no later than 7 days after your return. Tour Operator will send your complaint to the responsible authority that will handle it further. Photos are used for demonstrative purposes and are not binding.
