Remarks :

There is an ATM present at the reception. It is not possible to use credit cards in the park.

+ Notes of 200.00 and 500.00 are not accepted in the park.

+ Please include your reservation number with any correspondence.

+ Bed Linen rental is required.

+ If at the time of your reservation you have booked a baby bed be advised there is no linen available for this. We ask that you bring your own.

+ Overnight visitors must be announced at the reception and the tourist taxes and linen fees must be paid.

+ We cannot assume responsibility for lost or mislaid property, property damage or personal injury incurred during your stay at the Scherpenhof Recreational Park.
+ If you are forwarding any post, please indicate the right address (namely: The Scherpenhof Recreational Park) on the correspondence in order to avoid wasting time. If you specify the address of Tour Operator we cannot guarantee that your mail will arrive on time for your holiday.

Solitary traveling youth under 25 years of age are not admitted in the park.

- Pets are not allowed in the bungalows, chalets and mobile homes.

- Certain facilities (restaurant, etc.) can be open on a limited basis during the high and low seasons.

- The 12-person bungalow has 2 bunk beds. The 6-person and 8-person bungalows have 2 bunk beds. The bunk beds can stand a maximum weight of 70 kilos

- Wireless Lan: 3.00 per day / 7.50 per weekend / 10.00 per week at the reception.

- Please be aware that upon arrival a deposit of 150 euro needs to be paid at the reception. The deposit will be refunded upon your departure granted the property is left in good shape. Being that the deposit is to be arranged on site, you will not find it on the reservation documents.

- Please complete the section requiring your mobile phone number on the reservation form, so this way we can contact you in case of any emergencies during your stay.
