Remarks :
At your disposal you will find a heated outdoor swimming pool, open from mid-May to the end of September; a paddling pool; fee paying launderette; and free outdoor car park. For a small fee you can have WIFI internet access in the apartment. Nearby: a tennis court (with entrance fee), a children's playground and fishing. Bed linen is included in the rental price ONLY in the winter season. Bed linen can be rented against a fee of 11 euro/set. For an additional fee you can also rent a TV (already installed in the apartment), a towel set, baby set (crib, baby bath and highchair), highchair or baby bed (both upon request) and/or final cleaning. Television is free only during the summer season. During summer there are leisure activities for your children: FREE daytime and evening entertainment in July and August; childrens club for kids 4 to 11 years old (in July and August; 5 half-days a week) and a teenagers club for 12 to 15 year old in July and August.
Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be returned after inventory on the day of departure (or by post). The accommodation should be left perfectly clean, otherwise a statutory sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Pets will be admitted for an additional fee provided they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and an identifying tattoo. Dogs are to be kept on a leash within the residence.
