Remarks :
At your disposal you will find a heated outdoor swimming pool, open from June to September, a children's playground, fee-paying Internet at the reception and in the apartments, a fitness room, fee-paying laundry and free outdoor car park. Only in the winter season, bed linen is included in the rental price. For an additional fee you can rent a baby set (crib, baby bath and highchair), TV (already installed in the apartments), towel set and/or final cleaning. Only in the summer season, television is included in the rental price.
Deposit and tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be returned after inventory on the day of departure or by post the following week.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean, otherwise a statutory sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Pets will be admitted for an additional fee provided they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and an identifying tattoo. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
