The following are at your disposal: free TV and WiFi internet connection in the apartments, fee-paying laundry, free outdoor car parking and heated covered swimming pool with paddling pool. Also within the residence you will find sports grounds for your children. Bed linen is included in the rental price. For an additional fee you can rent a baby set and/or final cleaning. Shops are 1 km away.
Deposit and tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be returned after inventory on the day of departure or by post the following week. The accommodation should be left perfectly clean, otherwise a statutory sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Pets will be allowed for an additional fee provided they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and an identifying tattoo. Pets must be kept on a lead within the residence.
