Remarks :
The Residence-Club, situated 1,5 km from the town center (car absolutely necessary) and 200 m from the river Lot is made up of large houses each containing between 2 and 4 apartments, each with a terrace or balcony (106 apartments in all).
At your disposal you will find the following: outdoor heated swimming-pool with paddling-pool, open from June to mid-September, children's playground, petanque area, fee-paying WiFi, laundry (with charge) and free outdoor car park (126 places and 7 places for persons with reduced mobility). Bed linen is included in rental price ONLY in the winter season. Also you can rent a baby kit (crib, baby bath and highchair), a TV, bed linen or final cleaning. Only during the summer season, the television is for free.
Pets are admitted for an additional fee (50 euro/stay) and if they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax must be paid on the spot. The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post. The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.
