Your holiday rental is situated at just 4 km from Calvisson, with its shops and commodities, the residence is set in a 21-hectare park, with view over the surrounding vineyards.
At your disposal you will find: heated indoor swimming pool, non-heated outdoor swimming pool, with water-slide, open from mid-May to mid-September(swimming shorts not allowed), fee-paying mini golf, sports ground, petanque areas, fee-paying WiFi access at the bar, launderette (with charge) and free outdoor parking (1 parking spot per house). Car is absolutely necessary. For an additional fee you can rent, upon request, a baby kit (crib, baby bath and highchair), a TV or final cleaning.
For your children there are leisure activities: Free daytime and evening entertainment for all in July and August; Free childrens club for 4 to 11 year old in July and August (5 half-days a week); Adosph?re : Free teenagers club for 12 to 15 year old in July and August.
Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax must be paid on the spot. The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post. The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.
Pets are admitted for an additional fee and if they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

The stop will be at 7 minutes walk from the residence and at Grau du Roi it will be at 150 metres from the beach.
