Your holiday rental is just 300m from the lake of Hourtin Carcans and its beaches.
At your disposal you have the following: An open air, heated swimming pool, open from mid-April to the end of September and a free outdoor car park, fee-paying WiFi at reception and in some apartments. Also there is an area specially for children at the residence: children's playground and bike-hire. Also you can have an iron and ironing board, books available to borrow (with deposit) or bike hire, at reception, in July and August. For an additional fee you can have a baby kit, a TV or final cleaning. During the summer season only, the television is included in the rental price. You have free outdoor car park (1 parking spot/apartment). For your children there are leisure activities: Free daytime and evening entertainment for all in July and August; Free childrens club for 4 to 11 year old,in July and August (5 half-days a week); Free teenagers club for 12 to 15 year old in July and August. For adults restaurant is open from beginning of April.
Deposit and tourist tax must be paid on the spot. The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.
Pets are admitted for an additional fee (1 per apartment): up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
