Remarks :
The Residence is composed of 2 buildings linked together by a covered bridge, is situated at 400m from the center of the resort and just 200m from the nearest shop.
At your disposal you will find: free indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, fresh bread service, fee-paying laundry, fee-paying covered car park (please note max height of vehicle 1m85 and no roof boxes). Also for an additional fee you can rent a TV, WIFI, bathroom package or final cleaning. At the restaurant you will find fresh bread service. Bed linen is included in rental price, but if you want another change, is against a fee. Pets are admitted for an additional fee (only one pet per apartment and no dogs classed as dangerous): up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax must be paid on the spot. The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post. The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.
!!!Four 2-roomed apartments with cabine for 6 persons are equipped for persons with reduced mobility, but please ask before for availability.
