The residence is set in a pedestrian area, opposite the sea, 50 m from the shops, with direct access to the sea through the Exflora park(100 m). At your disposal you will find an outdoor, non-heated swimming pool, open from May to September - with solarium, and fee-paying underground car park (with limited number of places). For free you have a TV in your accommodation. For an additional fee you can rent bed linen, a towel set, a baby kit (crib, baby bath and highchair), final cleaning or garage parking (from 33 to 45 euro/week, according period, limited places). If you want you can have a safe box (2 euro/day, 9 euro/week).
Deposit and tourist tax must be paid on the spot. The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post. The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.
Small pets admitted for an additional fee and if they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
