Additional services (rental of a baby set, towels, wireless internet access, TV, parking and / or final cleaning) are payable locally.
A deposit of 300 (2 payments: apartment and cleaning) must be paid upon arrival. It will be refunded upon departure or mailed to you within one week after departure. If the property is not left in good order, the owner is entitled to deduct a statutory sum from the deposit.
Tourist tax is to be paid locally.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 50 / stay.
