Remarks :
At your disposal you will find: a partially-covered heated swimming pool of 130m2 completed by an outdoor heated swimming pool of 80m2 and by a heated paddling pool of 28m2; equipped pool-side areas of 600m2; a sauna and steam room (payable); fitness room; petanque area; 9-hole mini-golf course; fee-paying launderette and outdoor parking.
Bed linen and a TV are included in the rental price. For an additional fee you can rent a towel set, baby set and/or final cleaning.
You have free access to the Wi-Fi internet connection.
During summer there are leisure activities for children: FREE in July and August - Animation all day and evening; animation for children 4 to 11 years of age (5 half days per week); and Adosph?re - animation for teenagers 12 to 15 years of age.
Deposit (2 installments: apartment and household) and tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure, after inventory (or returned by post). The accommodation must be left perfectly clean, otherwise a statutory sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Pets will be allowed for an additional fee provided they have a current vaccination certificate and an identifying tattoo. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the residence.
Of this house there is a limited number of units present that are wheelchair accessible and/or have adjustments in the house for lesser abled persons. Please contact us for information about the adjustments present to see if they match you needs. You can book this preference on request based on the availability.
