Remarks :
At your disposal you will find an outdoor (non-heated) swimming pool, solarium, fee-paying launderette and fee-paying parking lot. Bed linen, bath linen and a TV are included in the rental price. The access to the internet is also free of charge. For an additional fee you can reserve final cleaning.
Deposit (2 installments: apartment and household) and tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be returned on the day of departure, after inventory (or returned by post). The accommodation must be left perfectly clean, otherwise a statutory sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Pets will be allowed for an additional fee provided they have an up to date vaccination certificate and an identifying tattoo. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the confines of the residence.
