The price includes: satellite television, direct telephone, WiFi access, automatic alarm clock and air-conditioning in your accommodation. Bed and bath linen is also provided. An iron is available to borrow. Other services available: fax service, photocopy, bike rental. Not included in the price are: Breakfast service in the form of a buffet (14 euro /person) or ? Express ? breakfast (hot drink, unlimited fruit juice, 1 bread roll, 1 croissant and mini-pastry per person, jam, butter and fresh fruit), the underground garage (1 place per apartment) and final cleaning. Pets will be admitted for an additional fee provided they are kept on a lead within the residence. Deposit and tourist tax must be paid locally upon arrival. The deposit of 300 euro will be returned on the day of departure or by post within 8 days.
