At your disposal you will find a breakfast room, restaurant, fitness area, indoor heated swimming pool (all open starting from October), free WIFI in the apartments, free TV, fee-paying launderette, bike shelter, a reception and a fee-paying outdoor public parking nearby.?The following services are included in the rental price: bed linen, bath towels, cleaning during your stay (once per week), bed and bath linen change. For an additional fee you can rent a baby set and/or final cleaning.
The rental price includes one cleaning per week for stays of 7 nights, but you can request final cleaning (for a fee).
Deposit and tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be returned after inventory, on the day of departure or by post. The accommodation must be left perfectly clean, otherwise a statutory sum will be deducted from the deposit.
