This residence is located 300m from the sea and 400m from the shops.
For an additional fee you can rent bed linen, bathroom package or final cleaning. Also for a small fee you will find WIFI connection at the reception and in most accommodations. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee (50 euro/stay, 10 euro/night-if stay is less than 7 days), also pets are admitted with an up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence and are not allowed on the private beach. Central parking lot is for free, but be aware that there are limited parking places. There is underground garage for an additional fee (from 28 to 38 euro/week, please be aware that places are limited). Also you will find a non-heated swimming and paddling pool, open from April to the end of September (deck chairs for hire), fee-paying tennis courts, table tennis, billiards an baby football (with charge), petanque, fee-paying fitness center, launderette (with charge). Estimated rates for lounge chairs: 4 euro/half-day, 7 euro/day; and estimated rates for sun umbrella and mattress (on private beach): 8 euro/half-day, 14 euro/day.
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the spot. The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.
