Remarks :
The Residence is situated in the heart of Cabourg, opposite the market (market held every day in July and August) and close to the beach (800m) and shops. The residence contains 27 apartments, in several 3-storey buildings, with lift.
At your disposal you will find the following: fee-paying internet connection, launderette (fee) and a fee-paying indoor car park. An iron and ironing board, board games and books are available. For an additional fee you can rent a TV, a baby set, final cleaning or an underground parking place.
A deposit of?300 plus a tourist tax of?0.90/day/person must be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be returned after inventory on the day of departure (or by post).
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean, otherwise a statutory sum will be retained from the deposit.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee but must be kept on a leash within the park.
