Remarks :
From the residence it is only a 10-minute walk to the beaches. It is also just 400 meters from the shops and is situated near Monaco. At your disposal you will find a solarium (on the roof), a breakfast room with terrace, a fee-paying launderette and a fee-paying covered car park (with limited number of spaces). Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. All apartments have a satellite TV, WIFI access and air-conditioning. For an additional fee you can use the launderette and reserve a place in the covered parking lot (11 euro/day, limited spaces, subject to availability). You can also reserve final cleaning (prices starting from 63 euro, depending on the type of accommodation).
Deposit and tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be returned after inventory, on the day of departure or by post. The accommodation should be left perfectly clean, otherwise a statutory sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Pets will be admitted for an additional fee provided they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and an identifying tattoo. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
