- Entry schedule:From monday to saturday from 17:00 to 19:00
- Check-out schedule: 10:00
- Winter office hours: from 9h-14h and from 15h-18h.
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- Refund of the deposit by transfer bank between 5 and 15 days later after your departure
- Refund of deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
