Remarks :
The apartments are all fully equipped: kitchenette (mini-oven or microwave, dishwasher), bathroom, separate toilet, fee-paying television and balcony. For an additional fee you can rent a TV, a change for bed linen (bed linen is provided firstly), a towel set, a cleaning package, a baby kit (crib, baby bath and highchair) or final cleaning.
During summer there are leisure activities for your children: Free "Carte multiloisirs" (leisure card): 1 single card, 2 sports center, 3 resorts, more than 20 sporting and leisure activities. The card is strictly personal and is included in the price (1 card per person staying at the residence).
Deposit and tourist tax must be paid on the spot. The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.
Pets are admitted for an additional fee and if they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
