In the resort, 100 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 10 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: table tennis. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking, communal covered parking at the house, public car park at 500 m. Grocery 10 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Val d'Illiez" 10 km, thermal baths 10 km. Skisport facilities 200 m, slopes 10 m. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
