INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, garage (2 parkings no. 11 and 12), W-Lan, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. NOT INCLUSIVE: Deposit of CHF 300.00 by arrival. Sharing of washing machine and tumble dryer at CHF 10.00 per week. Additional bed linen can be ordered by the keyholder for CHF 25.00/person (from May 2017 CHF 30.00/person).
