Single-family house "Jure", 2 storeys, renovated in 2013. 10 km from the centre of Neviđane, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 15 m from the sea, 15 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: barbecue. Shop 10 km, restaurant 10 km, pebble beach 15 m. Please note: private mooring. No motor access to the house. Access possible by off-road car up to 3 km from the house. Transfer to the house arranged by house owner`s off-road car and boat. Parking reserved by the owner's house in Neviđane or Sukošan. On request the owner delivers groceries (once a week gratis). House suitable for people with their own boat. Possible to rent: boat (4,6 m long, outboard engine 5 HP), on request, extra (170 EUR per week).
