105 km to the north of Tornio, on the Swedish side, in village of Svanstein, river Tornionjoki 250 m, no own beach, public beach 500 m, a road between the house and the river.

Wooden house on three floors, built in 1954, renovated later. Middle floor: living room, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, toilet / shower, covered terrace.
Top floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, the other with 3 single beds, balcony.
Ground floor: sauna (electric stove, shower in sauna) and dressing room.
The house has electric central heating. Large charcoal grill available. Holiday house in a village in Torniojoki River scenery.

Salmon River nearby. There are several houses in the area. Also a school building can be seen from the house.

Svanstein ski resort 4.5 km. The ski resort has services, ski trails, restaurant, etc.. Area has nice hilly landscape.
Restaurant Svanstein Gård 2 km (open seasonally).
Excellent fishing places in Torniojoki -river, 2 km. Well-known Kattilankoski -rapids 25 km, Matkakoski 35 km, Kukkolankoski 50 km. Fishing and hunting tours and boat rent available.
