A new and spacious 3 ½ room apartment in the sunny village of Lenz (1350m above sea level) on the entry floor of a 3 story apartment building. The building has a lift, an underground garage and ski-room. The village of Lenz has a grocery store, a restaurant, and a couple of smaller gift shops and the possibility to buy dairy products direct from farmers. On the opposite side of the apartment a children’s playground can be found. Also a tennis court, sports field/skating ring and the starting point for many outdoor trails can be found in the close vicinity of the apartment. A skiing slope meant for children can also be found approx. 600m from the apartment. A free ski-bus stop is located approx. 100 meters from the apartment. Busses depart regularly for the ski slopes of Lenzerheide. A post bus also stops regularly at the same bus stop. Lenzerheide itself is one of the best known summer and winter sports activity centers in the region of Graubünden.

All rooms have access to a large balcony. The whole apartment has heated tile floors. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, integrated hood and dishwasher, coffee machine, raclette machine and a fondue pot. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. A child’s crib, high chair and potty are also included. Pets are allowed on request
