New 4.5 -room chalet, built in 2012 in the charming area of Lenk-Simmental , surrounded by mountains . Spectacular view of the valley, on the ski area Metsch and the surrounding mountains (Wildstrubel Glacier Schatthorn and much more). The apartment is 1km away from the valley station Betelberg , 1km from the village center , 100m from the bus stop Blatti . Convenient access with garage (in which is enough space for bikes and skis). Access to the chalet about 70 steps (garage is located directly on the street). Access to the house should normally be cleared of snow on your arrival. If the access was not cleaned from the snow, I will refund CHF 50.- (a snow shovel is in the garage as well as in the foyer). Throughout the house may not be smoked. Pets are not welcome. Der Zugang zum Haus sollte bei Ihrer Ankunft im Normalfall vom Schnee geräumt sein. Falls der Zugang vom Schnee nicht gesäubert wurde, erstatte ich Ihnen CHF 50.- für Ihre Umtriebe zurück (eine Schneeschaufel liegt sowohl in der Garage wie auch im Waschkeller bereit. Internetempfang ausschliesslich über das 4G-Netz, jedoch mit gutem Empfang. Im ganzen Haus darf nicht geraucht werden. Haustiere sind nicht willkommen.

Living room with satellite TV, music system. Kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine. 1 bedroom with 180x200 double bed, room 2 with 2x 90x200 beds, room 3 with 160x200 double bed. Bathroom with shower and double washbasin, separate guest toilet. Terrace with table for 6 people. Smoking only allowed on the balcony. Beds are dressed on arrival.
