House "Milimatta" is an apartment building, which is mostly inhabited by locals. During the year 2010, the house was completely renovated. The house is surrounded by green fields which partially can be used as a sunbathing lawn. In front of the house a parking space can be used for free. At the entrance of the house, there is a storage room for ski, sledges, bikes and a washing room with washing machine and tumbler.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2013. It is a 2,5 room apartment in the first floor of the apartment house, fully designed in a modern chalet style. The balcony offers a nice view to the mountains towards the south. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave oven, fridge etc.. In the bedroom you will find a double bed (box-spring type, 160x200cm) The living room has a design sofa bed, flat LED TV and WLAN (6Mbit) internet connection.
The Studio is for 3 persons max. Non-smoker, no pets. Minimum 7 days to stay. Arrival only Saturday possible.
