Two-story brick house, built in 1974. Upstairs: living room, kitchen (no door), bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with 3 beds, workroom with convertible bed, toilet/shower room, covered porch and balcony.
Downstairs: Bedroom with 3 beds, open fireplace in the bedroom, bedroom with 1 bed, electric sauna, shower in the sauna, dressing room and toilet.

Sturdy brick house on the west side of the river Tornionjoki, in Övertorneå Matareng, located in a residential area. In Övertorneä centre there are for example sport hall, swimming hall and library. Tennis court 700 m, outdoor pool 1 km, 12-hole golf course Tureholm 2,5 km.
Illuminated skiing tracks 0,5 km (lengths 2,5 and 5 km). Ruskola ski slope and lift 2,5 km, Aavasaksa ski slope and skiing tracks 7 km, Svanstein ski slopes 35 km.

Salmon catch places of river Tornionjoki in few kilometers distance. Well-known rapids Kattilakoski 25 km, Matkakoski 35 km and Kukkolankoski 50 km. Local wilderness guide available for salmon fishing, bird and rabbit hunting (by agreement and for extra price). Wilderness guide can also help with boat rentals and licenses. Rapids Matkakoski and Kattilakoski in river Tornionjoki are well-known salmon fishing destinations. 4000 hectare hunting areas for bird- and rabbit hunters use.
