Protaras Holiday Villa Maria is located in the heart of Central Protaras and yet in a relatively quiet area. The location of the villa is ideal for a family vacation as it's within walking distance from bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in Cyprus.

Villa Maria is a spacious and fully renovated house that features all modern facilities and equipment. The ground floor features an open plan living area with afully equipped kitchen and large breakfast bar, large screen TV and comfortable seating. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a single bed that can also accommodate an extra bed. There is also a guest powder room on the ground floor.

The first floor has two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed while the other bedroom has two single beds and bunk beds. Villa Maria comfortably sleeps 7 - 8 people with the use of an additional bed in the bedroom on the ground floor.

The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Villa Maria has the best to offer. The large 5x10 meter swimming pool is surrounded by mature trees that provide privacy. There are plenty sun loungers, tables and chairs, a modern gas BBQ and a parasol that can provide a good shade from the hot summer sun.
