Welcome to Villa Captiva! A beautiful 4 bedroom vacation home in
Kissimmee, just minutes from Walt Disney World! Step inside and feel

The front room features plush couches, perfect for a quiet reading
spot. Off the family room, you'll find the formal dining area and
entrance to the Queen bedroom and Master Suite. The queen bedroom
features luxurious bedding, a flatscreen TV with 70 channels, and a
view of the beautiful pool. Step into the master suite and relax on the
huge king bed, or curl up in the comfortable chair while watching TV.
The private master bathroom includes his & hers sinks and a private
door to the patio & pool!
As you walk into the kitchen, you'll find all of your needs met in the
fully equipped kitchen. When it's time for a snack, you'll have the
casual eat in kitchen dining area. The kitchen overlooks the living
room, with a large screen TV and comfy couches for you to watch your
favorite shows or a movie on the Blu-Ray Player. Love video games? Pack
your favorite games for the Playstation 2 so you can play in the living
room!
Ready for some action? Step into the games room and challenge each
other to a game of darts, foosball or pool! Your family will love this
games room!!
But, we haven't even told you about the best part of Villa Captiva
yet... The huge lanai, jacuzzi and beautiful, crystal clear pool. With
plenty of lounge chairs for everyone, you can work on your golden
Florida tan. Want to enjoy cocktails by the pool after the sun goes
down? What about enjoying cocktails while in the jacuzzi, feeling the
bubbles & jets massage away your sore feet from running around the
theme parks all day? Sounds heavenly, doesn't it?
The Disney Parks - The Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal
Kingdom, Market Place, Downtown Disney, as well as Disney's three water
parks and town of Celebration are all around six minutes drive away, so
you will be able to pop home for lunch and a swim.
The Villa is also 4 miles from Interstate 4 which allows easy access to
all the Orlando area attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios
and the Shopping Malls! There are so many attractions in the immediate
area, that it is only possible to mention a few. It is worth pointing
out that you will be within 60 - 90 minutes from both Cape Canaveral
and Daytona Beach, or the Gulf Coast with its fabulous white sands and
warm surf. It would take more than two weeks for even the most
dedicated holiday maker to visit all that Orlando has to offer, but
being so ideally situated is a great help.
