When you enter Epcot House, you'll instantly feel like you're at home.
The cozy family room with inviting couches is the perfect spot to spend
time playing games or hanging out with family. The family room leads
into the formal dining room, with seating for up to 8 at the beautiful
glass dining room table. Plush chairs are comfortable for an enjoyable
dinner with the whole family.
The chef of your family will love the bright and airy kitchen, with
ample counter space to prepare all of our meals! With all major
appliances, plus a blender, toaster and coffee maker, this kitchen is
fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a family feast or a
snack on the run. The casual eat in kitchen features a high-top table
with seating for 8. No need to feel alone in the kitchen with the open
floor plan so you can watch shows on the living room 48" HDTV from the
kitchen. Not cooking? Don't worry, there's a comfortable 8 seat
sectional couch with a separate chair. You'll melt into the couch after
a fun day at the theme parks, so put your feet up and relax!! After
all, this is your vacation.
Want to keep the kids of all ages busy before the parks? Send them into
the carpeted games room so they can play pool, air hockey, darts or
foosball!
Downstairs also features a king bedroom suite, complete with a TV, walk
in closet, spacious vanity, large soaking tub and separate shower.
Walk up the stairs and find an open seating area with easy access to
two queen bed suites, two twin bedrooms, and another king suite. The
two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom, while the other rooms each
have private bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own TV, DVD player and a
closet. There's plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably,
unlike a stuffy hotel!!
Step out onto the deck and enjoy the peace and quiet! No rear
neighbors, so you can enjoy the tranquil scenery while enjoying lunch
under the shaded lanai or soaking in the spa. The 30 x 14 foot private
pool offers crystal-clear water for you to float in. Bring a floating
lounge chair, and you'll never want to leave!! The deck has seating for
12 guests, plus 4 chaise loungers so you can soak up the sun and boast
to your friends about your beautiful tan. Worried about the little
ones? Don't! The pool offers a removable safety fence for extra
protection and all doors leading onto the deck have additional safety
locks and alarms. The pool can be heated for an additional fee.
