Parties are not allowed in the house. Our neighbor is a police officer
so I don't recommend you make heavy noises. He knows we are renting the
house and if exist heavy noises or parties without authorization we
have the right to take you out of the property. Please treat this
lovely house as yours.
FROM i95 TAKE EXIT WEST TO; IVES DAIRY RD, FROM THERE DRIVE 3MINUTES TO
10TH AVE (SAN SIMEON WAY) GO NORTH TO 205 TER & MAKE RIGHT, GO TO END &

CLEANING FEE NOTE : The cleaning fee we charge is to clean the
apartment after your stay ( it doesn't include daily cleaning service )

Interaction with Guests
Normally we tend to do the check in to our guests, if for any reason we
can't attend to the check in we will report of the key necessary for
access to the property (both of door main as of the alarm). The front
door doesn't need key for that so the check-in is not difficult. If for
some reason we were not available to receive our guests; the next day
or later the same day we will approach the property to welcome you and
answer any questions that you may have.
The Neighborhood
Just 5 minutes to Sun Life Stadium ( Miami Dolphins) and 5 minutes to
Aventura Mall.
Getting Around
The bus stop is on the square out of the community, we highly recommend
to rent a car.
Other Things to Note
We will provide our guests of a number only of access to the door of
the property, also will have access to the alarm of the House with a
number only generated only for each reservation.
